Office Building Purchase

On February 15, 2012 Robert Champagne and Robert Bibeault purchased the Office Building located at 844 East Washington St. North Attleboro, MA.  The building is now owned by BBBC Realty LLC and Champagne & Bibeault, LLC is the sole tenant.

A company calling itself “Compliance Services” has been mailing solicitations to corporations for the preparation of annual minutes for a $125 fee.  You do not have to do business with Compliance Services.  The forms provided by them are not required by the Office of the Secretary of State.
